RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully at the time of purchase. If you are uncertain on what kit is best for your skill level, style, or size - we recommend getting in touch with our team, we're here to help!
Water and Wind do not offer refunds on any product that has shipped in the case of change of mind. Please contact us via email on info@waterandwind.com.au within 24 hours for cancellations on any order that has yet to be shipped.
If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact Water and Wind as soon as possible to cancel your order as long as this has not already been dispatched.
Any returns that need to be sent back to Water and Wind will be done so at the customers expense.
We offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
- When they are faulty
- Wrongly described
- Different from a sample shown to you; or
- Do not do what they are supposed to do
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Water and Wind within 48 hours of you receiving the delivery.
This can only be done by E-mail or Phone. If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops.
Please retain all original packaging in case of a return or damage in transit, so that the carrier will be able to inspect any damage incurred and return damaged item to Water and Wind.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@waterandwind.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend taking photos to help illustrate any damages or defects to then share with us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
